What's included — and what's extra
Always included: a single point of contact, clear reporting, and the rigour born of inspection.
Extra: leasing, claim documentation, major projects, transactional files and regulated studies (through licensed partners).
Casaforta coordinates and documents; regulated activities and the official Bill 16 documents are performed and signed by licensed partners. "Asset protection" refers to protecting the building's value, not investment management.
