The Casaforta model is simple: we operate and coordinate. Regulated work is performed by persons or firms holding the required permits, certificates, licences, authorizations or professional qualifications, and official documents are prepared and signed by the persons authorized to do so — retained directly by you unless the applicable legal or contractual framework provides otherwise. We organize the information, coordinate the participants and document the process under the written mandate; each authorized participant remains responsible for its own mandate.

Depending on the need, we coordinate authorized professionals and licensed firms:

Engineers, professional technologists, architects, chartered appraisers — contingency-fund studies, maintenance logbooks, building science (Loi 16);
Members of the Ordre des CPA du Québec who meet the applicable conditions — contingency-fund studies;
Notaries and lawyers — legal and contractual framing;
