Information we collect
We collect only the information we need to reply to you and prepare your diagnostic. Depending on the case:
- Identification and contact details: name, email, phone;
- Building information: address, property type, number of doors;
- Communications: the message you send us, where applicable.
We collect nothing beyond what is necessary, and the form asks for no sensitive information.
Why we collect it
This information is used solely to contact you, assess your building and prepare your diagnostic. We do not use it for any other purpose without your consent.
Consent
By submitting the form and checking the consent box, you authorize Casaforta to collect and use this information for the purposes described here. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without retroactive effect.
Service providers we use
To run this site and respond to you, we rely on third-party providers that may process certain data on our behalf:
- Netlify — website hosting;
- Formspree — delivery of the requests sent through the form;
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregate audience measurement;
- Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools — indexing and search-engine performance.
Each applies its own information-protection practices. We do not sell your information and enable no advertising features.
Hosting and processing outside Québec
Some of these providers may host or process information outside Québec, including in the United States. By submitting the form, you understand that your information may be processed outside Québec by these providers, solely for the purposes described in this policy.
Sharing
We never sell your personal information. We may disclose necessary information to professionals, agents or service providers whose involvement is required to provide the requested services, in accordance with the purposes identified at collection and applicable requirements. We obtain consent where required; when disclosure without consent is permitted to carry out a mandate or service contract, it is governed by a written agreement and limited to the information necessary.
Cookies and analytics
Our site uses cookies and Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate form, how the site is used: pages viewed, button and pillar clicks, language chosen, approximate region. No data from your form is ever sent to this tool. This data is used only to improve the site — no advertising features are enabled. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Retention
We keep your information only for as long as necessary for the intended purposes — to reply to you, prepare your diagnostic and follow up — then destroy or anonymize it securely.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information: access limited to those who need it, encrypted connections (HTTPS) on the site, and recognized providers. No system is infallible, but we work to reduce the risk of loss or unauthorized access.
Your rights
Regarding the information we hold about you, you may access it, have it corrected, request its deletion and withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, write to the person responsible below; we reply within the timeframes set by law.
