Casaforta protects your personal information in accordance with Québec's Law 25. Here is what we collect, why, and your rights.

Information we collect

When you fill out our diagnostic form, we collect only the information we need: name, email, phone, building address, property type, number of doors and, where applicable, your message. We collect nothing beyond what is necessary.

Why we collect it

This information is used solely to contact you, assess your building and prepare your diagnostic. We do not use it for any other purpose without your consent.

Consent

By submitting the form and checking the consent box, you authorize Casaforta to collect and use this information in accordance with Law 25. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Sharing

We never sell your information. We share it only with the licensed partners required to serve you (for example, an authorized professional), and only with your agreement.

Retention

We keep your information only for as long as necessary for the intended purposes, then destroy it securely.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information against loss and unauthorized access.

Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent. To exercise your rights, contact us.
