The operations office for your board
Under the written mandate, we take on the day-to-day operational and documentary work, while the board keeps control of the decisions. A single point of contact, documented execution.
What Casaforta does for your association
- documentation and Building Passport;
- follow-up of the common areas and the maintenance register;
- coordination of the authorized professionals (Bill 16);
- reporting to the board and the co-owners;
- tracking of actions, timelines and the annual follow-up.
Bill 16 compliance, coordinated
Maintenance log and contingency-fund study: we gather the documentation and coordinate the authorized persons retained directly by the syndicate. For the certificate on the condition of the co-ownership, we may organize the information and administrative follow-up defined in the written mandate; the syndicate remains responsible for providing the certificate; it must be dated and signed by the person authorized to issue it (art. 1068.1 C.C.Q.; CCQ, r. 8.01, s. 10).
What we do not do
We neither produce nor sign the regulated documents when a professional signature is required — that role belongs to the authorized professionals we coordinate.
